On court

A coach who plays, and trains you.

Private and small-group lessons for kids and adults, built on real biomechanics and footwork.

01 / Philosophy

Performance comes from mastering movement and the mind.

Most coaching starts with strokes. I start with how you move. Get the footwork and balance right and power comes without forcing it, so your body lasts instead of breaking down.

The same goes for your attention. When your movement is sound, your mind stops racing and drops into the point in front of you. That presence, where you read and adjust instead of forcing, is the flow the game is named for. It's also when it's the most fun.

Power comes from the ground up, through your legs and hips into the racket, not from your arm. We find where that chain leaks and fix it, so you hit harder with less strain.

02 / Programs

Coaching shaped to who you want to be.

Track One

Kids coaching

For young players just starting out, or competitive juniors looking to sharpen footwork, technique, and match IQ.

  • Private one-on-one lessons
  • Small-group sessions (2 to 4 kids)
  • Stroke biomechanics through full match strategy
  • Patterns adapted by age and skill

  • Private lessons or partner pairs
  • Stroke rebuilds with biomechanics focus
  • Match strategy and shot selection
  • Yoga-informed mobility work
Track Three

Competitive pathway

Coaching becomes denser. More information, more detailed biomechanical work, the kind of detail that separates you from the competition.

  • Detailed biomechanical breakdowns
  • Every detail gets coached, not just the big strokes
  • Built for evolving players, not plateaus
  • You leave each session with one thing to drill
